KEY는 알아서 설정.
IV는 보통 KEY의 앞 16자리로 함
근데 자바 버전 낮아서 AES CDC 256 적용이 안되길래 그냥 키값을 줄여버렸다.
(무슨 미국 라이센스 jar 파일 적용해야한댔음)
